The Polaris PB4SQ Ceramic and Spring Mechanical Shaft Seal (Part #R0747800) is a genuine OEM internal pressure seal engineered to prevent water from leaking along the motor shaft of your booster pump. This heavy-duty assembly features a premium carbon-graphite ceramic mating ring and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel compression spring. Swapping a leaking or worn-out shaft seal is the single most critical step to prevent water from migrating backward into the motor housing and shorting out expensive internal windings or motor bearings.
